Returns & Product Responsibility

• Order Fulfillment: All professional skincare items are curated specifically for your skin and fulfilled directly by our authorized brand partners or their primary fulfillment centers.

• Damaged Items & Adverse Reactions: We stand by the regimens we build for you! If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or causes an unexpected severe reaction, please reach out to us at hello@marigoldaesthetics.info within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the issue help us quickly initiate a replacement or return request with the manufacturer on your behalf.

• Return Policies & Processing: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the specific return windows and guidelines set by the manufacturing brand. Authorized physical returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer’s fulfillment facility, not to Marigold Aesthetics LLC.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Products returned without prior authorization cannot be refunded.

All skincare products recommended through Marigold Aesthetics LLC are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party skincare brands or authorized distributors. We do not store, handle, or ship inventory. Once an order is placed on your behalf or through an authorized link, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping are managed entirely by the product brand. Because items come from different partners, products from multiple brands may arrive in separate packages on different days.

• Processing Times: Order processing typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days depending on product availability.

• Shipping Times: Delivery speeds vary based on the carrier and the destination. You will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
