Refund Policy

Policy Overview

All skincare consultations and digital services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the recommendations provided. Once your consultation has been completed or your customized skincare plan has been delivered, all sales are final.

Cancellation & No-Show Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late changes or missed appointments will result in deposit forfeiture.
