Client Responsibility
Skincare is beautiful because every single person's skin is unique. This also means individual results will vary, and we can't promise specific outcomes. To help us give you the best, safest care possible:

Accurate Disclosure: Please share accurate details about any skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or if you are pregnant or nursing before your consultation.

Product Use: You assume all responsibility when introducing new products to your skin. We always recommend doing a quick patch test first!
Payments & Cancellation Policy

Payments: To secure your spot, payment is required at the time of booking. Our prices and service menu may change over time.

Cancellations: Your time is valuable, and so is ours! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and apply directly toward your service. Missed appointments or late changes mean your deposit will be forfeited.
Product Recommendations & Fulfillment
When you order skincare through us, the products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our independent, third-party brand partners and distributors.

Shipping & Liability: Because we don't physically manufacture, store, or ship these items ourselves, Marigold Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or packages that get lost or damaged after we submit your order.

Brand Partnerships: We partner directly with authorized skincare brands to curate your recommendations. In some cases, we receive a professional commission or partner incentive from these brands when we place an order on your behalf, at no additional cost to you.
Intellectual Property & Website Use

Our Content: We pour a lot of love into our branding, logos, graphics, and custom educational materials. Everything on this site belongs to Marigold Aesthetics LLC and cannot be copied or shared without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
While we do everything in our power to recommend safe, incredible products, we cannot control how individual skin reacts or how third-party shipping carriers behave. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marigold Aesthetics LLC and its owners are not legally responsible for any unexpected skin reactions, shipping mishaps, or indirect damages that happen as a result of using our services or website.

Should any legal disagreements ever pop up, they will be handled right here in the home state where Marigold Aesthetics LLC is registered, using our local state laws.
